Our Services
The overall goal of our business is to create a modern golfing experience where our members can come together and share a passion. We want to change the narrative from occasionally playing golf to having a golf plan by increasing the pace of play and offering a facility where it can be all day throughout the calendar year. We have designed our facility with golf in mind, but where our members can gather and experience the camaraderie that golf and sports promote. We expect our members to range from golf enthusiasts to work professionals, retirees, and families.
Our plan is to create a private club membership experience. Access and use of our facility shall be restricted to members of our club and their respective guests. The purpose is to create a social club where members have a sense of belonging and an exceptional experience tailored around the sport of golf. By utilizing a private club we will be able to promote a sense of exclusivity that we believe will be core to our brand and adding value to our memberships. Our facility will be highly desirable and unique to the local community by providing a golf experience like none other in the area.
In our design, we work to accommodate our members with multiple lounge seating areas and tables to enjoy and utilize for their needs. Whether to play golf, watch a sports game, conduct a business meeting, or catch up with friends, we plan to provide additional socializing space along with our golf simulators. We will partner with local companies to serve grab-and-go food and snacks ranging from charcuterie boards to baked goods. We also plan to partner with local restaurants to provide food tastings and catering services.
From a business perspective, we will be unique to our community. There are three outdoor courses within 15 miles. None of these offer an indoor solution. While the game of golf increases in popularity, additional outlets are needed for golfers to experience the game. With environmental concerns, daylight, weather, and pace of play limitations, our many members and their guests will enjoy the convenience of our facility. The local community will have an additional outlet to play and experience golf at their leisure and comfort. We strive to be different while maintaining value and encouraging the game to grow in our local community.
